Loc Phat Hoi An Homestay – Villa is named after our sons and our town. Phat is name of my oldest one meaning DEVELOPMENT, Loc is name of yongest one meaning LUCK and Hoi An is our wonderful town, recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Homestay is a new concept of accommodation at local house in Vietnam. It is a great opportunity for foreign travelers to learn about the Vietnamese culture and to be treated like a family member.
